I had a ball yesterday afternoon in Yellowstone National Park watching a Red Fox (Vulpes vulpes or Vulpes fulva) hunt. It was almost certainly the same fox from the image in the blog post for May 19, 2015, and it seemed completely unfazed by all of the people watching and photographing it as it hunted for about an hour close to the road and caught three voles. It ate one and carried two back towards its den.
