Another of the places I wanted to revisit on the Snæfellsnes Peninsula was the sea stack at Dritvik. The weather had been really foul when we visited it the first time, and it was at least shootable two days ago. There we no dramatic clouds, but at least there was some subtle color after sunset.
Sea Stack And Sea Tunnel

We also explored the far western tip of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula at Öndverðarnes and discovered this sea stack and sea tunnel. Once again the clouds didn't cooperate, but the composition and subtle color make it a pleasing image. I used the shift motion of the Canon TS-E 24mm f3.5 L II to look down at the sea while keeping the camera body vertical in order to avoid keystoning.
