Waterfalls! They're everywhere in Iceland. These are at Hraunfossar, northeast of Borgarnes. They line the canyon of the Hvitá river, and the water streams right out of the porous lava level. Note that hraun comes from the icelandic word for lava. I converted the image to B&W because the gray, glacial water in the Hvitá river and the small band of green vegetation above the falls didn't add much to the image.
