Wavy Sandstone Sunrise in Valley Of Fire State Park, Nevada

This image was taken at sunrise yesterday in my favorite area of Valley Of Fire State Park. The clouds developed more color than any other day we were there, a fitting end to our stay. I will definitely have to return to this magical park. There's much more to be explored as well as to be experienced. While exploring and photographing these past 13 days, I've enjoyed the solitude and watched some small birds flitter around, a hummingbird moth feed on a wildflower, and several bats flying around shortly after the sun had set beyond the nearby ridge.
