Aggressive Hippo in Serengeti National Park, Tanzania

Here's another image from my photo tour to Tanzania this past February. We spent the greater part of a morning at the Retima hippo pool photographing hippos, Nile crocodiles, and some birds flying by. It's one of the few places where photography can be performed outside the vehicles, and it's great to be able to shoot from near water level.
