My photo safari to Tanzania has started off with a bang in Ngorongoro Crater! This is my favorite image so far from this safari. The little lion (Panthera leo) cub was quite proud to carry around this toy or trophy in front of his siblings and cousins. The image was made during a brief rain shower before a short downpour, and the diffuse light was perfect!
