Sandstone Hill And Cloud in Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, Arizona

The clouds were good again today in South Coyote Buttes from the Cottonwood Cove trailhead. They were easy to work with in the morning because the broken clouds covered most of the sky. They were more difficult to work with in the afternoon because most of the clouds were off along the northern horizon and only the occasional cloud came overhead. I captured one such cloud above a brain-textured sandstone hill.
