Yesterday was slow photographically along the Beartooth Highway. So, I'm sharing an image from two morning's ago of an American pika. I had set up to photograph the little guy from a safe distance, and the next thing I knew he came closer to me and perched on a nice rock with yellow wildflowers behind it — fantastic!
