We explored a different area of Waterton Lakes National Park yesterday morning and found some wood lilies, a species that neither J nor I had ever photographed before. After I had worked one wood lily for a while (image above), I discovered some mountain lady's slipper, a wild orchid, and that was also a new species for us to photograph! It was a wonderful morning!
