There's more see and photograph in the Vermilion Cliffs National Monument than Coyote Buttes and White Pocket. Three afternoons ago, we hiked out to a fantastic petroglyph panel. I just love the geometric pattern in the lower right part of this image that's about two feet (60 cm) square. I borrowed Jan's 1.4x II to put on my 90mm Tilt/Shift lens to gain some reach, and I used the shift motion to look up without tilting the camera body much to maintain a natural look without creating keystoning.

Two afternoons ago we hiked out to some wonderful multi-colored eroding hills. The erosion patterns in this image remind me of an octopus or cuttlefish.
