Sandstone Patterns in White Pocket, Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, Arizona

I made this image at the end of my second day in the White Pocket area of Vermilion Cliffs National Monument in November. White Pocket is named for the relatively small pocket of white sandstone that's surrounded by a vast area of mostly red sandstone, hence the name Vermilion Cliffs. What makes White Pocket particularly interesting for me is the way the white and red sandstone mix and create fantastic patterns as shown in this image.
