Custer State Park, and neighboring Wind Cave National Park, are great places to photograph Pronghorn. They're protected from hunting and lots of people drive by and slow down to watch them, so photographing them from a vehicle is easy. This buck was having an evening snack.

I've returned to processing the RAW images from the 1D X using Capture One. Even though version 6.4.3 only has preliminary support for the 1D X, I like the results better than those produced by Adobe Camera Raw (ACR), version 7.1.0.354. ACR tends to produce some unnatural orange casts in the fur of Pronghorns and chipmunks.
